Learn how to bellydance in this empowering and uplifting class. You’ll learn the foundation of bellydance movement within a structured format, focusing on technique and the muscles used to create the fundamental movements. Always progressing at your own pace, listening in and serving oneself in each and every moment. Each class always begins with a full body warm-up and ends with a cool-down and stretch. All levels are welcome – as students continue to progress, multi-level options are offered to support your bellydance journey.

** Not a Beginner but this time is perfect for you? I’ve got you. I’ll make sure to give you all the additives you need to continue progressing forward on your dance journey too!

Through movement, expansion and embodiment, we will discover freedom. A fusion of Yoga, stretching and strength movement we will explore the qualities of Yin and Yang through each individuals perspective in space in time.
